Aging gracefully doesn’t require gimmicky gadgets, throwing thousands on radical skin treatments, or even trying every new product on the shelf. Beautiful, radiant skin starts with you, your mindset, and your routine. With that in mind, here are 10 easy tips and tricks to help your body age gracefully.


1. Don’t fight nature

We can’t stop the aging process but we can slow it down effectively yet effortlessly. Doing this starts with realizing we’re all on the same boat, so love yourself a little harder and don’t swim against the tide – embrace your age because doing so helps you love yourself for who you truly are.

2. Ditch sodium

It’s easy to over-salt everything, especially when the cooking isn’t tasty. Each day chooses to be intentional about the amount of salt you consume (and it’s quality), as a high sodium diet causes nasty bags below the eyes.

3. H20 for 365 days

Given your body is made of a certain amount of water, we can’t stress how important it is to stay hydrated. This is especially important as water keeps our systems flowing as they should, impacting how dull or radiant our skin looks! Just one bottle a day will lead to big changes.
